Reservations will be secured with a 50% deposit (Before Taxes).
If you cancel your reservation...
…15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus a 5% fee.
... 0 to 14 days prior to your arrival the deposit will be non-refundable.
NOTE: If you cancel your reservation more than 180 days from the date your deposit was received, we will need to deduct an additional $100 USD from your refund to cover the international wire fee.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
If your reservation is part of a group block...
100% of your reservation will be charged within 6 months of your arrival.
Your reservation can be canceled without charge 6 months or more before arrival.
Within 6 months of your arrival date the reservation is non-refundable.
